1Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:
- "helslot," "we," "us," or "our" refers to helslot, the online gaming platform accessible at helslot.app and its operating entity, which provides online casino games, sports betting, bingo, and related gaming services to eligible players in the Philippines.
- "Platform" means the helslot website, its mobile-optimized web interface, and all associated gaming services, tools, features, and content accessible through helslot.app.

2Acceptance of Terms
2.1 By registering an account on helslot, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies, rules, and guidelines referenced herein or published on the helslot platform from time to time.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and helslot concerning your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between the parties in relation to the same subject matter.
2.3 helslot reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of such amendments. Refer to Section 16 (Amendments) for the amendment notification procedure.
2.4 If you access the helslot platform on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that third party to these Terms. helslot does not permit account sharing under any circumstances.
3Eligibility & Age Restriction
3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an active helslot account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during account operation:
- You are at least 21 years of age;
- You are accessing helslot from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by law;
- You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction as determined by helslot's compliance policies;
- You have not been self-excluded from helslot or any other gaming platform with which helslot has a shared exclusion agreement;
- You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing any restriction that applies to that person;
- You are opening only one account and have no existing active account on helslot;
- You are not a current or former employee of helslot or any affiliated gaming entity, unless written authorization has been granted.
3.2 helslot reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentary evidence of eligibility, including age verification, within a reasonable timeframe shall entitle helslot to suspend or permanently close the account.
3.3 Any winnings generated by a Player who was found to be under the age of 21 at the time of play shall be forfeited in full. The deposit amount may be returned at helslot's discretion following verification that the funds originated from the Player personally.
4Account Registration
4.1 To participate in real-money gaming on helslot, you must complete the account registration process, providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information required by helslot's registration form.
4.2 Each natural person is permitted to hold one account on the helslot platform. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. helslot support staff will never ask for your password.
4.4 You must notify helslot immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account or breach of your account security. helslot shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access that occurred prior to your notification, provided helslot was not at fault.
4.5 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not authorized by you, unless such activity is directly attributable to helslot's gross negligence or fraud.
4.6 helslot reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an existing account at any time, for any reason, including without limitation where helslot has reason to believe that a Player has violated these Terms or applicable law.
5Identity Verification (KYC)
5.1 helslot implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. KYC verification is mandatory before helslot will process withdrawal requests and may be required at other stages of account operation.
5.2 For the purposes of KYC verification, helslot may require submission of the following documents, among others:
- A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID);
- Proof of address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months);
- A selfie photograph of the account holder holding the submitted identification document;
- Documentation verifying the source of funds, where required by helslot's anti-money laundering procedures or where a Player's transaction patterns warrant additional scrutiny.
5.3 All documents submitted to helslot for KYC purposes must be authentic, unaltered, and clearly legible. Submission of forged, altered, or fraudulent documents is a criminal offence under Philippine law and will result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
5.4 helslot processes KYC documentation within the timeframe communicated to the Player at the time of submission. helslot reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending KYC completion. helslot shall not be liable for delays to withdrawals caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions.
5.5 KYC information submitted to helslot is stored and processed in accordance with helslot's Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).
6Deposits & Payments
6.1 helslot accepts deposits from eligible players via the payment methods currently displayed on the platform, which may include but are not limited to: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Transfer, BDO Online Transfer, Metrobank Transfer, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven (via Cliqq), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
6.2 All deposits are processed and held in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made via non-PHP payment methods, including cryptocurrency, will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate applied by helslot at the time of crediting. Conversion rates are displayed during the deposit process.
6.3 Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit initiation. helslot reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.
6.4 Deposits are intended for use on the helslot gaming platform only. helslot prohibits the use of the platform as a vehicle for payment processing, currency exchange, or funds transfer where no genuine gaming activity is intended. Any account found to be used in this manner will be closed and the balance forfeited pending investigation.
6.5 helslot does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the same name as the helslot account. Third-party deposits will be returned and may trigger an account review.
7Withdrawals
7.1 Withdrawal requests submitted by Players with fully verified KYC-compliant accounts and a positive real-money balance will be processed by helslot in accordance with the procedures and timelines applicable to the chosen withdrawal method.
7.2 Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the helslot account from which the withdrawal is requested. helslot prohibits withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
7.3 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, processing times, and any applicable fees are displayed in the withdrawal section of your helslot account dashboard. These parameters are subject to change at helslot's discretion with reasonable notice to affected players.
7.4 helslot reserves the right to conduct additional verification of a withdrawal request before processing, including but not limited to requesting supplementary KYC documentation, source of funds information, or game history review. Withdrawal processing may be suspended pending the outcome of such verification.
7.5 Bonus Funds and winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money funds and winnings from fully wagered bonuses may be withdrawn.
7.6 In the event that helslot suspects fraud, collusion, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms in connection with a withdrawal request, helslot reserves the right to freeze the withdrawal and the associated account balance pending investigation. Players suspected of such activity may have their funds held for an extended period consistent with Philippine anti-money laundering law.
8Bonuses & Promotions
8.1 helslot offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing registered players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms including eligibility conditions, qualifying deposit requirements, applicable games, wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions during wagering, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.
8.2 A Wagering Requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using Bonus Funds before those funds, or any winnings generated from them, become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements for each promotion are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x) and are detailed in the individual promotion terms.
8.3 General Bonus Restrictions
- Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
- helslot reserves the right to limit bonus availability to players who have completed KYC verification.
- Maximum bet restrictions apply while wagering with Bonus Funds. Any bet placed in excess of the maximum permitted bet amount during an active bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game type are published in the general bonus terms section of the helslot platform.
- Bonuses expire after the period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry result in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds.
- helslot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring bonuses already claimed and in active use by Players.
9Gaming Rules & Fair Play
9.1 All games offered on helslot are operated in accordance with the rules published on the platform for each individual game. By participating in a game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
9.2 Random Number Generator (RNG) games on helslot are powered by certified random number generation technology. The randomness and fairness of RNG games is independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) rates for slot games are disclosed in individual game information panels.
9.3 Live dealer games on helslot are conducted by trained human dealers in studio environments and streamed in real time. 10Prohibited Conduct
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the helslot platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:
- Registering as an individual under the age of 21;
- Registering or maintaining more than one account on helslot;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC procedures;
- Using payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name;
- Using the platform in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
- Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any prohibited gambling assistance software to gain unfair advantage in any game;
- Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical deficiencies in the platform for personal gain;
- Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage, particularly in poker or live dealer games;
- Engaging in charge-back fraud or disputing legitimate transactions with payment providers after gaming activity has occurred;
- Attempting to access or tamper with helslot's backend systems, databases, or game servers;
- Using VPN, proxy services, or other IP-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions or access limitations imposed on the account.
11Responsible Gaming
11.1 helslot is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling on helslot is intended to be a form of entertainment — not a source of income, a solution to financial difficulties, or a coping mechanism for personal problems.
11.2 Responsible Gaming Tools
helslot provides the following account-level responsible gaming tools, accessible at all times from within your account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once set, limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

12Account Suspension & Closure
12.1 helslot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, failure to complete KYC verification, or the Player's own request.
12.2 Upon permanent account closure for breach of these Terms, all Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned at helslot's discretion following investigation, subject to applicable deductions and legal hold requirements.
12.3 Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting helslot support. Any outstanding bonuses will be removed upon voluntary closure. Real-money balances may be withdrawn subject to standard KYC and withdrawal procedures being completed prior to account closure.
12.4 In the event of account closure required by regulatory directive, court order, or law enforcement request, helslot will comply fully with the applicable Philippine legal process.
13Limitation of Liability
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, helslot shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the helslot platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.
13.2 helslot's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their helslot account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 helslot does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. helslot shall not be liable for losses attributable to platform downtime, technical faults, or third-party service failures, including payment processing outages affecting GCash, Maya, or Philippine banking partners.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits helslot's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
14Intellectual Property
14.1 All intellectual property rights in the helslot platform, including but not limited to the website design, branding, trademarks, logos, software, game content, graphics, text, and data, are and remain the exclusive property of helslot or its licensed content providers.
14.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the helslot platform solely for your personal and non-commercial gaming entertainment in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
14.3 You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the helslot platform without prior written consent from helslot.
15Privacy & Data
15.1 helslot processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in the helslot Privacy Policy.
15.2 helslot collects personal information necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and customer support. helslot does not sell personal data to third-party commercial entities.
15.3 Your personal data may be shared with PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory bodies where required by Philippine law or by a valid legal order. helslot will notify you of such disclosures to the extent permitted by the applicable legal process.

16Amendments to Terms

For material changes, helslot will provide advance notice through one or more of the following channels: email notification to the Player's registered email address, an in-platform notification upon login, or a prominent notice on the helslot website.
16.2 Continued use of the helslot platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
16.3 The version of these Terms that was in effect at the time of any relevant transaction or event shall govern the resolution of any dispute arising from that transaction or event, except where the amended Terms expressly provide otherwise.
17Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
17.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17.2 Any dispute arising between you and helslot in connection with these Terms, your use of the platform, or any gaming activity shall first be submitted to helslot's internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, the Player must submit a written complaint to helslot's customer support team with sufficient detail to allow helslot to investigate the matter thoroughly. helslot will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and aim to resolve the complaint within fourteen (14) business days.
17.3 If the internal dispute resolution process does not produce a resolution satisfactory to the Player, the Player may escalate the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory body or, where applicable, seek resolution through the courts of the Philippines with jurisdiction over the relevant subject matter.
17.4 Nothing in this Section shall limit helslot's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending resolution of a dispute.
